Novelierung 2102 Haftungserleichterungen für Vereinstunktionäre, Ersatz von Bergekosten bei Sportunfällen

Mit der Vereinsgesetz-Novelle 2011 (BGBl I 137/2011) wurden diverse Änderungen des Vereinsgesetzes 2002 beschlossen. Wesentlich ist vor allem, daß für unentgeltlich tätige Mitglieder eines Vereinesorgans (Organwalter oder Rechnungsprüfer) die Haftung auf Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit eingeschränkt worden ist (§ 24 Abs 1 VerG), sofern nichts anderes vereinbart oder in den Statuten festgelegt ist.
