Gender Traineeprogramm 2022 Information und Ausschreibung

Mit dem Gender Traineeprogramm des Bundes setzt Bundesminister mag. Werner Kogler ein starkes Zeichen, um jungen Frauen im Sport eine Perspektive zu geben und sie nachhaltig im Sport zu positionieren. 2021 haben die ersten Trainees bereits sehr motiviert mit ihrem Ausbildungsprogramm österreichweit begonnen. Das 4 jährige Programm wird nun zum zweiten Mal öffentlich ausgeschrieben. Ziel ist ein Einsatz ab April 2022 Dieses einzigartige "training on and off the job" Programm ist eine gemeinsame Initiative von Bund und Ländern in Richtung Gleichstellung im Sport.

1. Sportwissenschaftlerin mit staatl. Trainerausbildung (A)

2. Sportmanagement (B)

3. Sportwissenschaftlerin /Talentecoach (C)
