Innsbruck – Sportland Österreich – ist die Organisation des Sports noch zeitgemäß? Eine freilich rhetorische Frage, mit der Wilhelm Lilge seinen Vortrag beim 7. Tiroler Sportforum betitelte. Schließlich eilt dem Mann mit der bewegten Vita folgende Kernaussage voraus: „Österreich hat die kompliziertesten und ineffizientesten Sportstrukturen der Welt.“
