Am 18.11.2016 findet um 18:00 Uhr im Studio 3 ORF Tirol eine Informations- und Diskussionsveranstaltung unter dem Motto "SPORT - Kostenfaktor oder soziale Investition" statt.

Die ökonomische Bedeutung des Sports im deutschsprachigen Raum ist substanziell. Das aktive Sporttreiben, der in Verbänden und Vereinen organisierte Sport und der Spitzensport weisen eineVielzahl an positiven Effekten auf, die sozial und ökonomisch bedeutsam sind. Es wird gezeigt, dass Sport nicht als bloßer Kostenfaktor oder Leistungsempfänger zu betrachten ist, sondern als ein Investitionsgut, welches wertvolle wirtschaftliche, steuerliche und soziale Renditen produzieren kann.
